Well not really dating, but he was in a relationship with Lori in season 1 until Rick came back. Then Lori didn't want anything to do with him after Rick came back, but Shane didn't want to let her go.

Thanks! My friend has been trying to get me to watch it for the past few months, but I couldn't get past the whole zombie thing. Just like I couldn't see myself getting into SOA because of it being about bikers, but I love SOA now and TWD has grabbed my interest.  

I am always late on everything. You'd think I would have learned by now that I just need to conform and watch from the start, but no...I still rebel. lol

The main thing I'm concerned about being spoiled is those who die. I was in a thread, not like a chat thread, for SOA and we were talking about who we find to be hot on the show. Well I was talking to this chick and she mentioned a character that was just introduced (I was a season behind, which I stated and bolded) and the bitch was like I can't believe so and so died!!!!

I saw her reply on my main page without clicking on the link to the thread and I immediately unsubbed. I was livid, like way more than anyone should be about a spoiler lol.

Hahah. I remember when it came out in 2010, I thought it was so stupid. Then....My 6 year old nephew became obsessed with it and was constantly playing it on Netflix...So I got into it and now I'M OBSESSED.

I just finished watching the first 2 seasons on Netflix.

All I'm going to say is this.... it took me 3 days to go through all the episodes. I missed a night of sleep watching to see what happened with the little girl. Then I couldn't stop watching. During the whole time I looked like this probably   but unable to stop watching.

Now I'm completely disappointed that I can't start season 3.
