I know, its there to protect the child. But I cannot put into words how much of a monster his real father is. He has two kids does not see either of them.


ETA there is a lot abuse I and his second wife got put through that the court system just let him go for. Not even an order of protection was put into place. Great state right?

Did you know about these kids prior to having a child with him?

In your OP, you talk about child support and not calling....that's not really "monstrous" behaviour....

I edited my last post. He is a monster. With record now but the courts let him off on probation... he kidnapped his second wife and beat the snot out of her. But I cant use that against him because LO was not present when it happened.

He also beat up his sister. Threatened my life so on and so forth years of emotional and mental abuse etc.

Does he have a visitation schedule?

It is supposed to be every other weekend... but he stopped calling to schedule pick up times and just stopped calling all together.

Then he moved to Illinois so I know he is not going to call now.

You could take him back to get viisitation removed.

I agree with this.

It will also register the fact that he has not been in contact with the child for XX amount of time with the courts.

It will strengthen your case when you do try and get his rights stripped.
