I cant believe he would tell you that you cant do something until you clean, like you're his child? Also, if you both work outside the house why are YOU solely responsible for the upkeep of the house? Shouldnt it be split up?

I don't think you are overreacting at all! Reading that made me really sad for you. He sounds like an immature smurf, and I don't even know what I would do since it seems you can't even have a civil conversation with him where he will actually listen to you and care about your feelings. The only thing I do know is that I would NOT be cleaning up that mess!

He won't help clean. He says he works all day shouldn't have to clean when he gets home because he takes care of the kids while I work. He makes it seem like he does all the work, but we both work full time.

I usually have the house very clean before I go to work everyday. And every night when I come home I can't tell I've done anything because the kids mess it up so bad and he doesn't make them clean it up.
