So I go from blood sugar 168 down to 62?! In a few hours.
And NO website will just flat out say what number is too high and what is too low.. Like you can find ev-er-y-thing but the simple numbers...
I'm do confused with all this..

What do you guys measure in? mg/dl?
I googled a conversion chart because our healthy range for pregnancy is between 4-8 mmol/l... So I google what things it can convert in & converted to mg/dl it says 72-144... Does that sound right?

168 is too high, and 62 is too low! The highest your blood sugar should go is 140 and the lowest is 72.

After eating 160 is the highest it should be, and I'd say below a 70 is too low. If you're on medication, let them know so they can adjust it.

Anything below 70 is too low. They generally want you between 70-140 but as long as you stay in the 100 range you're okay. I've had type 1 diabetes for 10 years so if you have questions you can PM me

Wait a bit. Usually when your sugar is low you should drink juice. It'll help get into your system faster. Don't over eat because you think it's not going up fast enough or you'll raise your sugar too high. Wait and it should regulate

Something's not right, this thing must be broken?
