I have been having beer before bed for months now. I ran out and havent had any. I am shaky. My heartbeat is fast, I am sick to my stomach. I also have the flu. And drank wine that could be bad or allergies to. Im just jittery. Which of the 3 could it be

Why not? It's relaxing. It's just like wine or a bowl before bed.

Op, it's probably the flu. Can't see a beer or two sending you into withdrawal.

How much beer do you usually drink "to sleep"? One or two wouldn't cause withdrawal...well, maybe LONG term. I drank a drink or two a day every day in college for a couple years with no withdrawal.

I'd say its flu related or flu med related (bad wine would be something you'd taste. And an allergic reaction is less likely than flu or an interaction of flu meds and the alcohol in the wine).

About 3. All this started after I puked from the wine. I have not been eating or drinking. I just drank lots of water. I have been so sick. Taking ibuprofen like candy.
