what do you call underwear

trying to settle something with my DH lol. he says boy and girl underwear is "underwear". i'm saying no, you call it different things. girls/women wear panties, boys wear undies and men wear underwear.

so, what do you call them?

I have always despised the word "panties". I just dont like it for some reason. I prefer underwear or under garment.   . Unless its a specific kind such as boxers or thongs except I dont classify thongs as underwear. Its more like "butt floss".

undies or panties for girls

I call all my underwear, underwear lol

I've always used underwear or underpants... I guess I like the literal consistency. lol

Women/girls=panties boys/men=underwear! Guess it depends on ppl

I never thought about it before lol. I do tend to say panties for girls/women and underwear for boys/men.

All of it is underwear

underwear. It`s warn under clothes so it`s underwear. Whether is be girl or boys.

in our house we say "undies"

I don't like the word panties.

technically its all underwear. but i call boys underwear. and girls panties.
