That sucks, but as a mom I can understand non wanting to take money from other people, even if it were the father of my child.
but taking him so far, thats kind of extreme.

He's not on the certificate yet, we're in the process of doing the paperwork but by the time we got everything through and legal she'll be gone.

doesnt HAVE to be on the BC. Im pretty sure a DNA test would do work? Id still look into the courts. Sometimes they can do stuff pretty damn quick, even if its just temporary...

File for emergency custody and visitation to keep them in the state.

I think you can file a temporary injunction petitioning the court for his paternal rights and visitation, and for her to not be able to leave the state.
