She's super cute.

But I wouldn't let my kids watch the walking dead. I know she's still young, but the zombies are pretty scary and could potentially give her nightmares.

I refer to LO as my little Zombie Baby because of all the weird zombie like noises she makes.

Love Iron Man too! Can't wait for the third one to come out!

What a cutie!! My girl likes The Dark Crystal, The labyrith, She is in LOVE with David Bowie and goblins..
Oh and if I let her she would watch Nightmare before Christmas on repeat.. I feel bad when she goes to preschool and is singing NBC songs lol, and her class mates have this WTF look on there face haha.
OH well at least we are raising a badass next generation of kids right!?!

Surprisingly she hasn't had nightmares at all. She's crazy about zombies. If we ask her what a zombie does she'll start growling and snarling at us. Her favorite movie right now is The Nightmare Before Christmas. lol

DD's favorite is The Nightmare Before Christmas too! She's crazy over it. She's always dancing to the songs on it and laughing. lol

The only thing I would be worried about later on is Ive seen kids play zombies and then take it to far then bite a child because the play has been taken to far. but I dont think that just because something has been label "creepy" doesnt mean child should watch it, You are the best judge for your own kid. Have you seen Ruby Gloam. Its so cute!! Im so sick of only having light cutesy cartoons, Im glad its starting to be ok for parents to help there kids be whatever they wanna be. Not all kids need to wear minnie mouse or cars things.

She did start biting for a while. But not other kids, just me and DH. We quickly got her to stop that habit though thankfully. I haven't seen that one yet. I'll have to turn it on for TV time.
She does love her princesses and Tinkerbell but she'd choose NBC over any of those. lol
I got a few snide remarks taking DD out trick or treating in her zombie costume. People saying things like, "She shouldn't be something scary. She should be dressed like a princess or something!"
DH and I were just like, "No. This is what she likes so why not let her."

Its on netflix, if you have it you should be able to find it there.

I think its just about balance, all little girls love princesses, and fairies are really magical. I would rather teach my girl about real fairies then just the disney fairies. We asked Ceci what she wanted to be for Halloween this year and she asked to be Kiki from kiki's delivery service its from a anime..
I would rather give my kids the choice to be what they want then just take them to a store and be like ok which disney pink barbie do you wanna be. My bd dad was telling me about study he read that was saying how when you only give a girl pink toys and clothing and only let feed into this girl idea that they are more likely to have self esteem issues once they become teens.
