Non-vacc'd kids - can I open an in-home licensed daycare?

Has anyone done this? I'm in Northern NV, and I'd like to become licensed to run an in-home daycare, but both my kids aren't vaccinated. I know you can fill out exemptions to put them in other schools, is there an exemption I can get to become licensed?
Please, no debating about vaccines. I just need info and experience. Thanks
