PLEASE HELP! Its all over me!

Alright, I need some advice about some problem on my body. Any suggestions or advice will be helpful.
A couple weeks ago, I started to have red biting and itchy sensation little bumps all over my body. I took some Benadryl to see if the itching would stop and it did. I originally thought it was an allergic reaction to my soap or detergent but I haven't changed them. I feel like something is crawling all over me and biting me then it starts to itch, I scratch and I have little red bumps, some fluid filled. Any ideas?
Does this sound like prickly heat? Scabies?

Sounds like you should make a trip to your doc...

Go to the doc and they can do a scraping for scabies and look under a microscope. There is alot of stuff that has symptoms like scabies and vice versa. Get checked out. Its contagious so better to know and not spread it, or know its not scabies and find a way to stop itching.

Do you have any dogs? My puppy got mange which i then got and I had those symptoms.

My puppy had no signs then out of no where sudden hair loss and itching to where her skin had puss all over. The vet was surprised there wasn't any advance signs. There are two different kinds of mange. One that is transferable from dogs to dogs and sarcoptic mange which is transferable from dogs to humans. There are tiny bugs in the spider family that burrow under your skin and lay eggs. Your body typically fights it and gets rid of it in three days but with me being pregnant I had it for two weeks before I sought medical help.

If you notice an increase in their scratching get your dogs checked. I would still go to the doctors to figure out what it is though.
