he must have a long torso then!
That's how tall my almost 4 year old is and he still has plenty of room in his seat (cosco scenera)

None actually fit him. We sat him down in every convertible car seat available, and all the highest shoulder straps came to his arm pits. It wasn't worth it. The straps are supposed to be at their shoulder, not 2 inches below. He was and still is, just extremely gangly.

Now they're made so much bigger!

That was the other problems with car seats in 2006 and 2007. By the time he was a year, his little noggin was already at the height of the back of the car seat or coming above. It was such a disappointment!

We ended up just getting him a FF facing belt harness by 2, I think we tried to hold off until 3 but it was painful. He was and still is so tall, that we were scared the risk of him in the car seats at that time. None of them fit him. But the seat belt ones always fit him.

I remember going to Toys R Us, Babies R Us, and pulling all those car seats down and strapping him into everyone.

See and for Jacob too, he maxed out diapers. By a year we had him in pull ups because even size 6's didn't fit. There was so much butt crack, and poop explosions, we just did what we had to do.

Even now. He's 4 ft 2 inches, I think, 48-50lbs, and his feet are growing. He'll be in a size 4, in boys shoes, probably by next month. But the hitch? He is still a string bean, so he could probably wear a size 4-5 for pants for the waist, but they're so short! So we have to buys 7's and cinch them as much as they will go in the waist.

Yeah and he's going to be 7 in May. So he now naturally associates size 7 clothing with a 7 year old.

He just hit the weight max on size 5 diapers and I just bought them. How sad! Also his is skinny as can be and really tall that why the pedi asked how tall his dad was. Cuz I'm not that tall and his dad is half Asian so his not tall haha... Who knows we're he got the tall jean from.

Liam had a convertible Graco all in one carseat so we have to go by the headrest not the carseat shell height his got 5 in left , but I may measure it tomorrow just to see.

Yeah he"ll probably out grow the harness before 65lbs cuz he will max out in height first

Jacob's dad is 6 ft 4, his uncle was 6 ft 5, his grandma alone is 5ft 10, and her mom was about 6 ft too. They are amazon people.

ME on the other, my family is MAINLY from Italy. They're short, my mother is the tallest person in our family at 5ft 7 and that's about what I am.

Yeah when I popped out an 11lbs 23 and 1/2 inch long sting bean that was perfectly proportioned for his weight. Everyone just about freaked out, how "amazing" that was.

But hey. His genetics are just weird I guess. He looks just like his dad too. down to the same hair line, same cowlicks and everything. But since I have brown eyes, he got green instead of blue.

That kid is just amazingly huge.

That's funny. That is a big baby whole moly your poor vagina! Lmao!
Liam was 8.7 and ppl r like that came out of you with no pain meds. Haha...it amazing the things ppl are amazed by. I'm only 5,6 1/2 maybe 5,7 and so is my husband my dad was 6ft and my mom is 5,9 but I mean Craig's Liam is all 5,7 besides his brother. Who is I think 5,9 but who knows I'm the shortest in my family.

Btw I couldn't tell ur kids had different fathers they all look the same to me lol

I know and i think that's hilarious. When they're babies they must all look like me. At least in the face because they looked like triplets at the same age from birth to a year. But after that they start looking more like their dad's. My daughter looks a lot like her nana with my face shape, and MAC does too. I think it helps too that they all have blonde hair and blue eyes. LOL. That's not me at all!

I know they look like the 3 triplets. My MIL now, she said it from the get go, "If people don't ask, they won't know he's not yours."

You'd have to see his dads.

So I couldn't find current pictures. Here's a picture of Jacob and his dad when he was about a year(before his dad split completely), and then one of Jacob now.

And I swear I can't find a good picture of this kid.
