My blood sugar used to dip low when I was pregnant too, Dr's just tell you to snack regularly and keep your sugar level.

What should I do? Eat some fruit? Doctor said not to eat sugar besides fruit...

Probably a safe way to go. Fruit juice is the fastest way for me to get it up.

Its low...when my sugar gets low like that I will eat something with sugar in it like a candy bar or a banana but then also eat something with protein in it to help stabilize the sugar after you get it up.

I have GD so how is it low? I was told its very high. I'm new to this, I just tested for the first time it was 68 but if I'm prone to be high how is it so low?

Having GD doesn't always mean that your levels will be high, but that they do not regulate as they are supposed to, and most commonly they are too high. 68 is low for anyone, but for someone with diabetes it can be dangerous.
