Lasagna

How do you make it? I make it the same exact way every single time but I just got this emailed to me and it looks sooo good

I cook the noodles and the sauce: hamburger meat,spgt.sauce,stir in ricotta cheese

Layer i t in a pan and top with cheese and bake untill melted and bubbly.

Anything with pancetta is just awesome.

I just do it the normal way- layer meat, noodles, ricotta, sauce, cheese, etc.

I mix cooked Hamburger and Sausage together, layer that with the noodles, ricotta cheese (or if my Sister is here, Cottage cheese with a raw egg mixed in so it's not soupy) shredded cheese and a super chunky vegetable pasta sauce. I usually add a few more veggies and peppers to the sauce and simmer it for a little while before i use it. I like it with lots of meat, veggies and cheese. Then I cover it with cheese and bake. I do not cook the noodles first, though. I make sure I get the no boil kind, it's much easier that way imo.

I love the no boil noodles they are the only ones I use.

I haven't made this one or seen this version before you linked it and I'm a HUGE fan of Anne burrells. I have made many, many recipes of hers and they are always fantastic. I'm going to make this one soon!
Her other lasagne recipe is fantastic and I've made it several times.

It takes a while. I don't usually make it because of that. I use four or five cheeses and put about 4 to 6 layers in it. It's freaking awesome when its done, but it takes me all afternoon to make it. I don't usually have the time to invest in making it.
