raspberry ketone

has anyone used it to help with weightloss?


i've been think of trying it, i was 192lbs after having my daught, after losing 16lbs, i'm once again "stuck" at my current weight, sometimes it goes up a bit but i can easily get it back to a shameful 176lbs   before having my daughter i was 137lbs i'd like to get myself down to at least a comfortable 150-155.

any advice ?

Diet and exercise. Seriously. Pills just don't do much.

Track everything you eat. Make sure you're eating enough and try to eat as clean as possible (for health as much as weight). Add in exercise. Movement is important.

If NOTHING changes, go see a Dr. Have them check your levels. Hormones, thyroid, and deficiencies can all cause weight gain/retention.

i am dieting and doing exercise everyday,i have been since october.

Have you be losing between .5 a lb to 2 lbs a week most weeks? This is overall?

If so, then you're getting there. Also, are you measure inches? Muscle takes up less space then fat for the same weight, which means that if you are building muscle, you may not see movement on the scale.

If you are SURE you are eating right and exercising well, and you are still not losing weight, you should see your Dr to have tests run on your thyroid and other issues.


Do you track your food? I mean write down EVERYTHING you eat? Do you weigh and measure it all, or guess? It's amazing how many calories can be hidden in things we don't really think about. A bite here and there can add up! Also, lots of people misjudge portion size, so they end up eating WAY more then they think because they eat more of something then the realize.

yes, i use my fitness pal to track all my food/ exercise, yes i measure inches.

all i want to know is if raspberry ketone has ever helped anyone with weightloss lol.

And I've given you that answer.

Nope. It's a pipe dream. It's another way to squeeze money out of people and get them to try pills instead of diet and exercise. It's a way to take the responsibility off individuals and instead make it about taking an easy pill.

It doesn't work. The only things that DO work are usually more dangerous then they are worth unless you are severely overweight. This is from someone who has lost a good amount of weight without pills or things like that.
