Irish twins?

Any one here is a mommy of irish twins,
How do you feel about it when both kids are the same age?
Do they actually act and do same stuff?

Mine are 9months 3 weeks apart! and they look very much like twins same high, different weight, the youngest weight more then the older. But they are very close to each other.

my 2nd and 3rd are 11mo apart so for 2wks out of the year they r both the same age. The older is a girl and younger is a boy. They have a love hate relationship. My sons birthday is this Sunday, so they will both be 12yrs old

Mine aren't that close. They are 14 months apart, but should have been 11 (1st was a preemie). People think they're twins a lot, though I don't see it.

They do a lot of the same stuff. I find that the younger one is pushed sort of to do stuff to keep up with his sister. His sister is also very "motherly" to him, which is sweet.

No thank God, it drives my daughter nuts enough that he brother is in the same school as her,lol. Both have high functioning forms of pervasive developement disorder (mostly sensory, comprehension,& socail skill deficits)

are you serious, mine have that too, both of them and on top of all that speech delay.

not sure yet lol. oldest just turned 1 and youngest is 3 months old. i love it!

there are days i wish mine had speech delays....my 12yr old daughter has the vocabulary of a college grad student but the socail skills of a 2nd/3rd grader. It makes things very frustrating but i love her dearly. I think puberty is making things worse.
