this lady is pissing me off

a few post back i had posted about CPS coming out to my new place and notihng being set up becuase i had been in the hospital. well the lady comes back today i knew she had it in for for from the first day we met. like i said in my other post that she would bring stuff the had notihng to do with now and i know she is getting all of this from my EX and his family i don't know who else would be saying all these things. today she tells me from the things she heard about my last pregnacy she feel better if this pregnacy was monitored and if i saw a therapist for the duration of this pregancy. she has everything twisted and what she is talking about ii didn't even know i was preg with my son when that happend i didn't find out until after so what he is telling her is all lies and she could even check my medical records. i do not like this lady at all and if she is suppose to be out her making sure my son has a safe place to live why is she poking her nose where it don't belong

I'm not 100% sure on how CPS works, but they don't usually make stuff up. Or make you do things that aren't warranted to the situation..

But GL I guess..

You CAN ask for a different case worker.

Im saying that my EX and his family are the ones making up stuff. the situation did happen but not the way he said it did he is trying to make it seem like i tried to get rid of my son when that is not true at all if i would have known i was preg with him i never woud have done what i did. he makes me sick trying to ack like care about this baby i am preg with when he wanted me to abor it in the first place he is just fake is all hell

Invite her over and give her your charts from the last one. You have to show her your side if you want her to believe you. It is her job to investigate a complaint. If you are going to fight her, you are leading her to believe the complaint is valid. To allow her in shows her it is a false complaint and a waist of her time.

i did invite her in i showed her everything i don't have anything to hide and i will be going to all of my medical records and i will also be getting all of the court records and the documents from the protection order so she can see what kind of person he is

Try to remember she has a job to do. Don't fight back too much, eventually she will go away. If not, call her supervision.

Well, if you're still acting as childish as you were a week ago, I would probably call CPS on you too if that's what it took to see my kid.

well thats what i thought too, when i first left my EX i was staying with my parents CPs had come out a few times i know it was my EX who had called but the saw that he was safe and all his needs were being met and never came back out. today was the fallow up i had everything in order and it seememd that she was more worried about what my EX and told her then what she was here for and that is to make sure my son has a safe place to live and is being well taking care of.

Yes. And if I remember correctly, the person making false allocations can get in trouble. My cousins wife had this happen to her.

You JUST got on here the other day and gave all these silly reasons why you didn't want the DNA tests done because you KNEW they were his so they just weren't necesary, and how you wouldn't let his grandparents see them because you had a smurffy relationship with him (not the grandparents). THAT is childish. They are humans, not dogs, they need their family whether you like them or not. From what you have told us, he is trying pretty damn hard to see his babies. And yes, in some cases, a social worker can do that. It is her job to investigate, and if she finds the OP only applies to you (or that it's simply unfounded) and not the children, he can see them. If you don't like that, then you need to get a lawyer and quit playing victim.

you can think what ever you want about me you don't know anytihng about me or my life and i could care less what you think. I've talked to my lawyer and i know what my right are he can have his little test that will be him paying for something he already knows the answer to.

  For real. CPS doesn't hang around unless there's a reason.
