Ugh....

Ok so I keep the kids home today since the roads are freaking dangerous and I didnt want them on a giant bus on ice and snow.....the cancelled school on monday due to freezing rain we didnt get, but put buses on the road today afetr freezing rain and 15cm of snow over night.

Roads have not been plowed and 3 buses were ditched this morning, 7 got stuck on side streets on the unplowed roads, and we have had several major accidents with life threating injuries all morning and the dont pull the buses off the road.

So As I was getting ready to cancel my 1 yr olds eye dr appointment for 12 noon, since the roads are bad, I remember I decided to not get diapers last night cause I was going out today and knew I had enough to last till this afternoon.like come on really!? lol

So now my plan of staying off the roads is out the window, I now have to pile the 4 of us in a taxi on smurffy roads cause I need diapers. Blah.

That is an amazing plan.

We actually have services down here that will do that kind of stuff. You gotta pay them like twenty extra bucks but they will do it.
