SWOLLEN feet!

posted 15th Feb
AND I mean SWOLLEN!! So bad lol. I've never experienced it with my first 2 pregnancies what so ever. I know what they mean by every pregnancy is different now! But I'm only 20 weeks and can't put my shoes in! They are humungous and look like little balls   Any advice to get the swell down? I've been elevating my feet! That is doing me NO justice

Feet up, drink water and rest, eat less salt. Not too much you can do

But let your doctor know for sure! So they can check your BP and protein in urine

Ok I will do! I have an ultrasound today and was planning on stopping by my doctors office since it's right across the street and see what they think. What does it mean if your BP is high or protein in your urine? So far I think it's been okay, but this has just started the past three days,So I haven't go to see him to address him about it.

Extreme swelling, high BP and protein in urine usually means Pre eclampsia

I had extreme swelling for the last 3 months of my pregnancy but didnt get Pre e till the very end. So it's still possible to be swollen and not have the other problems as well!

Oh Lord! I sure hope not.I'm only 20 weeks   that would be horrible to get when I still have 20 weeks to have a healthy baby!!

Yah you're still early so hoping it's not that either. Hopefully just a regular case of retaining fluid during pregnancy. Which is super common!

But best to let the doctor know to make sure!
