would this be sexual abuse?

A friend of mine was very drunk and she did consent to sex with her boyfriend. She said the next day he told her everything they did that he knows she would never consent to if she was sober, for the fact he has tried these things with her in the past and she told him no she doesn't do those things. She says she only remembers bits and pieces but cannot remember if she said no or not.

That sounds like date rate. If she was that drunk, she wasn't able to consent

Were they both drunk? If so if they both said yes I wouldnt think it was. I mean they are dating, it seems likely that they would want to have sex with eachother, not like its a total stranger.

Yes she was in and out of consciousness basically. She said she does get horny when drunk but still wouldn't consent to the things they did and he knew for a fact she wouldn't do them sober.

No he wasn't drunk he was only tipsy. He is used to drinking and doesn't get drunk easily and she barely ever drinks. She thought she could with him at the party he threw because she trusted him.

I know when I am drunk I am a little more frisky and tend to be willing to do things I wouldn't normally do while I'm sober, so personally I don't think I would consider it sexual abuse..but then again I never get smurf faced to the point that I can't remember consenting to do those things.

Its just my opinion but you said she says herself that shes honry when drunk and she said yes to her SO, doesnt sound like abuse to me.

I don't know. Like I said she doesn't ever really drink and it snuck up on her it all hit her at once. Mind you this now exboyfriend cheated on her, hit her, mentally and emotionally abused her, he even gave her a concussion. His best friend basically grinded on her butt when she bent over to look at a picture and told her he wouldn't let her leave without a kiss and hug. She ran out and ran home and told her then ex. Her ex said he handled it and she found out yesterday he didn't do or say anything to his friend about it.

So this guy that she got drunk and consented to sex with has already cheated on her and abused her? If that's the case then why would she even be getting drunk and partying with him in the first place?

That's what he said they did he said they had anal and I know as well as he does she would never do that for the fact her mom was raped in that way. She said she consented to sex and oral but only to the sex and oral she only remembers a little bit from that night.
