My daughter is very demanding and head strong."sounds like you just described me and my brother. he had colic the 1st 6 months. they said he'd get 8 hrs sleep like he needed but at 20 min intervals. the rest of the time he screamed. you hand to rock him and pat his back kinda hard forever to get him to sleep. me, however, if i wanted to sleep or needed to, you just had to put me in my bed and leave me alone. i didn't want to be rocked or held when going to sleep. always been told i'm head strong, which we know is a nicer way of saying stubborn.
