dont know what to do :( no judgement please...

Single mom of 3 kids..... living with my parents at the moment... tensions are high. My parents have their way of doing things as do we... my kids cant he kids here... i have to constantly shhh them whoch stresses me out... my oldest 2 are at each other constantly... their dad's are douchebag donors that dont come around... no help and im snapping more and more and its scaring me   im getting these weird headaches now and just dont feel like myself... i know some may be hormonea since i just had a baby a month ago but.i just dont know how to handle everything   i have no way to relieve my stress and anger

Wow. I honestly have no idea what to tell you! How old are you? How old are your kids? Can you talk to your parents and tell them how you are feeling?

I have a job... my kids are 9,3 and a month... i get child support for 2 of them but even with that i couldnt make it... im waiting to see if i qualify for daycare assistance if not i cant go back to work.... i was planning on moving out once i got taxes back and IF i got the assistance.
There is no way to talk to my parents about any of this...

Has she posted somewhere else to lead you to believe she doesn't have a job? She didn't state in this thread that she wasn't working.

OP, I totally feel ya but your parents probably want to maintain some order in their home and it's hard with three kids. I'm sure they thought they were done living with kids. Your baby is still very young but start exploring your options now for working again and moving out.

You could look into government housing. The rent is income based. I lived in government housing for a little over 2 years. It's not as bad as the television makes it out to be. Or at least in my area it wasn't. We even had regular block parties and cookouts. In the summer, a church would have a huge festival thing in the projects. There'd be bouncy houses, face painting, music, FREE food and drinks. It was a good place to live.
I'm not insinuating all housing authorites are like that, but you could give it a try.

I know how it is living with your parents and having a child. That's my situation atm. I only have one child so I can only imagine it must be challenging with 3. Although the help is nice to have, there is no comparison to be able to let loose and do things how you really want. I would say keep in mind that this time isn't forever and this too shall pass. We all need support and encouragement to keep running smoothly and sanely (IMO anyways) so if you can look on the bright side about things as they are now, it might help you get through till the next phase. For ways to relieve your stress and anger some ideas that work for me are exercise, meditation, reading (if you ever have time!), venting to a nonjudgmental friend, and shower alone! Haha those are hard to come by. When I'm running low on patience I find that visiting websites that talk about the parenting style I follow encourages me. And you're right since your youngest is 1 month hormones are definitely playing a huge role in your life. I hope that things work out for you- if anything can go well it will!

im a single mama of 3 too. it sucks   i know i feel resentful alot of the times too and my baby is 15 months so its not just hormones. i just cant help but feel parenting is not supposed to be like this. twice the work and none of the enjoyment because your too frazzled and exhausted to enjoy the good parts :/ wish i had some advice

im not judging but I would get on some good birth control....i wouldnt have one kid let alone three if i needed assistance.

Try taking a drive with the kids when it gets too stressful...just to get out & clear your head. Music helps, googling stress relief & zen topics help. Going for a walk or to the park...just a break from the situation with your parents will help calm the situation. I can not imagine living with my parents again   i did when i only had one child and it was hard. Save up money to move out if you can or use taxes to get on your feet. You should be able to work and pay for one child at daycare, and not so much child care expense for the 9 year old at school and the 3 year old at a preshcool? I wish you luck, and dont worry this is temporary and will pass. It will get easier once your newborn is a little older, you will adjust to the three and something will work out where you will be on your feet again.

How many children do you have? Have you tried a private sitter?

It pisses me off they can include your child support as income!!!
