29 weeks.. Lower abdominal pressure?

Last night my daughter was moving like crazy.. I believe she switched positions due to the fact I could see my stomach move as well.. And now I just feel lots of pressure down in my lower abdominal/vagina area... Its not unbearable just uncomfortable.. At my last ultrasound almost 2 weeks ago she was layIng sideways with her head near my ribs..

Normal, especially if baby's flipped to head-down
