pressure/tightening/pain... gas?

For about the past hour I've been getting this pain, kind of a tightening pressure in the upper parts of my stomach going down into my pelvic area. Feels like my stomach is going to just expell all contents (as in I'm going to have diarrhea). Do you think that would be just super gas pains? Or something else... its been happening ab every 10-15 minutes. it doesn't feel like contractions really. On a scale of 1-10, I'd say the pain of it is about a 4... so its not bad. Just curious as to what you ladies think? Baby is still as active as he normally is, too if that makes any difference.
