And her name is...

Charlotte Autumn!
I was flip-flopping on the name for a little while because it never felt as perfect as Hannah Marion did for our first daughter when I was pregnant with her, but after considering EVERY OTHER FREAKIN NAME EVER, I realized that Charlotte was really my favorite name out there for our little girl I've been calling her Charlotte for about a week and this time it feels right. And then when my DD patted my belly today and said "baby Charlotte" (with her adorable inflection and toddler-y mispronunciation) I just melted. I can't wait for them to meet!

I love them both! I am not a huge fan of any of the nick names for Charlotte (the main reason I was shying away) but then I realized we will call her whatever fits her when she gets here - even if it isn't a typical Charlotte nn. And Autumn is the season we got married, and also a reference to DH's maternal family surname, Fall.

My 8 month old is Charlotte, so I obviously love it! It's a beautiful name that will fit every stage of life. We call my LO Lottie. I don't care much for Charlie. I've heard some people using Lola as nn for Charlotte as well but that seems like a little bit of a stretch. Harlo could also be one. Of course, you can just call her Charlotte too! I love having a little Lottie!
