what do you think?

so today i took my son to the park. it was a completely normal day. he was walking around and playing with a baby and then runs up to me grabbing the left side of his chest and telling me it hurts. so i call my mom to ask her if she had any idea why he would be doing this and while im talking to her all the sudden he falls to the ground onto his belly, face down and i hang up, run to him and pick him up and hes limp in my arms and breathing weird and acting not his normal self. the babies nanny comes up to me and shes helping me figure out whats wrong and said he was breathing weird too so she suggested i call 911 because i dont drive and she thought he needed to go to the hospital. so the paramedics come and say hes completely fine but for a piece of mind take us to the ER. while were waiting in there he tells me the pains gone, he feels fine, hes hungry, wants to go home etc and starts running around and playing so we leave. i called his doctor and we have an appointment with her tomorrow. but what do you think that was?? it was so weird for him to act like that. i think i overreacted because that nanny was freaking me out but still..... he has NEVER done that.

also he didnt fall or anything like that either. its a small park and i always have my eyes on him so it wasnt like he ran really hard into something.

Probably just gas pains, but since he was acting funny and breathing abnormally along with the left-side chest pain I'd be pushing for them to do some testing on his heart and make sure that everything is okay in that area.
