And this is why I'm glad I had a very nice divorce, and that when I took full custody of our son he didn't contest it. He has no right to claim our son and he's never tried.

OK well I'm glad mine isn't shady.

This is the first year he's had a job since we divorced and I'm pretty sure he won't try.

And my MIL and FIL or ex ones, they know most of the terms of our divorce. They help me out when I need it.

She does his taxes for him and she knows ( we been divorced 7 years now) what the agreement is.

So he just created more work for himself. You still get to claim the kids.

Why be mad? Cuz you had to make a phone call? There was no harm done against you, get over it.
