Okay thanks for that info, I think mini pill then is best for me.

as long as you are taking it properly its just as effective.

Breastfeeding will not prevent pregnancy, but will sometimes delay the return of your menstrual cycle. I just got mine back last month, my lil guy is 7.5 months old. We had sex 8 days pp, without a condom the first time, and I did not get an infection. I also didn't have any tearing or stitches, which I'm sure makes a difference. I got the depo shot at my 2-week pp checkup.

We waited 4 weeks after I stopped bleeding and we used condoms, it was amazing sex lol but we took it slow. Plus my stitches were dissolved before then but it was pretty much to prevent pregnancy since I couldn't get bc until after my 6 week check up, it didn't cross my mind about a possible infection. I didn't have any problems.

No and no.

Breastfeeding is not a guarantee that you will not get pregnant. And doctors will not give birth control before 6 weeks.

Honestly, sex shouldn't be worth another pregnancy so early after birth and neither should infection. You could stop bleeding for 3 days and then start up again, so...Until you go a week or two with no bleeding, there is no way to know if it's finished.

yea well hes been away for a bit so I'm sure to him me getting pregnant again wont bother him as much as not having sex lol but I dont really plan on having sex when I'm bleeding at all.

I didn't tell my midwife that we'd already had sex. She gave me the depo shot and told us to use protection for about 4 weeks while it "kicked in"... it was like they knew somehow, lol.

If you read the labels on birth control almost all of it says to wait 6 weeks for a nursing mother. Doesnt mean doctors always follow that. I was honest with my doctors about having sex before 6 weeks and even told the doctor who delivered my second I wouldn't be waiting the 6 weeks. She just said use protection..

I would suggest waiting a bit til your healed at least. A couple of days PP I don't think would be awesome idea.

My ex tried to jump me way to early, I was not ready and I had stitches.. Had to call my mum because I was bleeding out bad. But last time I was ready about 4 weeks.. I took control and it went awesomely
