Kicks?!

When is the earliest (according to drs) that you can feel kicks, what about earliest to feel them from the outside like by another person... I'm having a total freak out.. :/

They say 16-20 weeks is when you can feel some kicks/flutters. I felt my LO move a couple times before that but started feeling her almost religiously by 15 weeks. Im now 21 weeks and some of her movements you can see and feel. But everyone has a different baby and is sensitive to movements at different f times. Also how hard your babies bones are affects when and if you feel movement. 16-20 weeks a babies bones is said to start hardening. Dont worry too much though. You'll feel your LO soon enough  

DD1- 1st movement was 18 weeks. From the outside it was around 28 weeks.
DD2- 12w5d for 1st movement. From the outside around 22 weeks.
DD3- 11w5d for 1st movement. From the outside around 22 weeks.

If I can feel kicks from the outside I have to be further along then 17 weeks right?

Not sure about outside but my little girl I felt a couple times from the outside but that was rare. But since yout profile says you've had children you may be able to feel yours sooner. Not quite sure since im a first time mom.

I don't think so. Are you pretty thin? i felt my first from the inside around 16 weeks and it was only like a week after that i felt it on the outside. DH felt it from the outside at 19 weeks but i remember it was happening a lot before he felt it he just never caught it in time lol i'm 13 weeks with this baby and am feeling kicks (from the inside) i think by 17 weeks i'll be able to feel from the outside too

See, I'm actually very heavy and never have been able to feel until about 20-23 weeks from the inside. Its so weird this pregnancy. My stomach is all hard and im showing, havent showed until after 30 weeks with the other two.

They say after your first, proceeding pregnancies can show earlier.

yea, but i dkn whats going on with this one. I feel like theres 3 in there! haha DEF only one tho

I felt the first kick on the outside (actually my SO is the one that felt it) the day I turned 17 weeks. I felt the first flutter at 14 weeks, and I have felt my baby boy move every day since 15 weeks. This is also my first pregnancy.
