I am SO ready...

to give our son a sibling!!! He is 14 months old and I always wanted our kids closer together in age...
I want to be pregnant and have another newborn around! I know it will be hard but I just can't wait to see Jax as a big brother!! He is going to be so sweet...
BUT unfortunately there are a million things holding us back from trying.... I have no health insurance until April.... I graduate from nursing school in May so I really don't think it would be great to get a job and then have to go on maternity leave a few months later... not to mention being a new nurse on top of being pregnant sounds like a headache.. lol.....We live in our in laws basement currently.. and we want to buy a house and be in it by November at the latest!!
ERRR! How do you know when the right time is?? Is there ever a right time?? My friend told me if we keep waiting for the "right" time it will never come.. but aren't our reasons for waiting good reasons?

True that there really is no "right" time.. but I would get as established as you can first

I don't know, I am on the team of, there will be a reasonable time. When you're financially stable, happy, not relying on anyone else to live.... that seems reasonable to me.

If I were in your shoes I would at least wait for the health insurance and to graduate. As long as your in laws don't mind a newborn in the house, I'd say go for it as long as you don't mind potentially being in the end of your pregnancy when you move.

I think your reasons for waiting are for good.
DS is 3, I've been wanting to get pregnant since he was almost 2. But, we live in an apartment. DH and I have both agreed that we would like to wait until we purchase a home before we begin ttc. We're also paying down debt, that is another goal for ttc.
There is never the right or perfect time, but there is always a better time, IMO.

I think your reasons are very good. No the time never truly right you can always have more saved or this or that. But you do need insurance and to finish school. We want a third but we know we need to be out of debt, in a bigger house/car before we can. That puts us trying next summer.
