Valentine's day sides-

I'm marinating steak for dinner. I got asparagus to go with it. I just found a recipe for prosciutto wrapped asparagus. It sounded really good. I didn't get prosciutto though, I've never had it. We have Canadian bacon though. I know it's not as fancy, but would it still taste good? Also, any good potato side ideas?

any type of bacon has to be good on asparagus....what about roasted red potatoes with rosemary??? yum yum

ughhh my mom made that meat with brussel sprouts at xmas...it smelt like dog food while she was cooking it i almost gagged! lol.
I love steamed asparagus with just salt and pepper and some butter and if im feeling real unhealthy i love it with bernaise sauce yummy!!!

My favorite is roasted. Just a. Little olive oil and salt and pepper.
