I'm in America I believe if it isn't consensual the sperm donor can't get custody.

I know its not.. but how stupid do you have to be to tell a girl this.

If it's date rape that makes it so hard

I wasnt raped, but yeah I know that resentment. lol. Its sad.  

Well I am a Minor so it's different I actually have evidence my baby that he broke the rules. But I don't really get why you made a post you could have just told me your opinion.
