Pot roast

Making it for a valentines suprise...we already gave each other presents like all week, matching iPads, games, funny gifts lol

SOOOO I'm suprising him with pot roast. I have never cooked pot roast and took the kids with me this morning to get all the ingredients. I found a red wine recipe that I like so I'm going with that.

Any tips?! The beef chuck is 4.5 pounds and cooking it for 4.5 hrs in the oven...

Yes! I will I was gonna put it in an hour and a half so it'll be done when he comes home. I'm just so nervous. Do I cook It from frozen or thawed?
