I disagree. A woman's body is her own. Money from a marriage doesn't affect her smurfing uterus, or at least it shouldn't. I say this... if you can't handle someone going against your reproductive wishes... dont be with them or use multiple contraception choices. End of story. If a guy is against abortion and his girl isnt... dont be with her or wrap it real well and she should be on birth control or a diaphram or spermacide. If a girl will never have an abortion and her boyfriend is anti kids and will never want to pay for a child... she should leave or use protection too.
Im all for a girl being able to have an abortion agaisnt the guys wishes and terminate her rights (adoption) to the guy if he wants it or to someone else. I am ALSO for a guy being able to terminate his rights if he doesnt want a child and the girl proceeds. No one should be forced to parent. No one should be forced to pay for a child they dont want either.
But if they were married and had a life together, she should get alimony. Next time, he shouldnt be with someone that may have an abortion when he is against it. Tough smurf though, her body, her choice. Just as a guy should have more choices too.
