Not here you can't. They require your name & social security number in case you file a false claim so charges can be pressed. You do however remain anonymous when they investigate the case

because i dont want the person im reporting to know im doing it, shes messed up in the head. i just want her kids to be safe and for her to stay away from mine.

Same here, the woman I called on is crazy.. four kids, her and her boyfriend in a two bedroom trailer that's falling apart. She doesn't work, doesn't have a car and is constantly getting high around her kids. Unfortunately she still has them..

They cannot give out the complaintant's information, it's confidential.

thats sad. the woman im reporting has 4 kids, no car, unhealthy living conditions, has the kids around a guy that abuses her physically and sexually and brings random guys around them (her 4 and 5 year old have witnessed her sleeping with guys more than once) she lacks common sense
