Help!

well first off i am 17 years old an i live with my grandmother i have a 1 month old son he will soon be 2 months on the 28th i have been with my boyfriend (21 yr old) for a little over a year now and all of a sudden out of no where my grandmother starts talking crap about him an saying she gonna send him to jail an that if she finds out I'm still seeing him she going to take my son from me an she wont ever let me see him can she take my baby from just so easy like that??....... she took me from my mom but my mother had me at 14 years old is there a difference besides age that would make it possible or easier for my grandma to take my son from me? what could i do if she were to try to take him from me? i mean i am a good mother i go to school i have a part time job which isnt much to live on my own but every check goes to my son an his father helps out a lot ! i've never done anything wrong to deserve my son to be taken away from me

I dont believe that she can take your child away from you unless she can prove that you are an unfit mother...you should google your state laws..
