Ebay Templates

I'm trying to learn how to make a template for my Ebay Store. I've looked on youtube for help but unable to find anything. I tried using the same template of making a BG layout but its not working for me using Gimp. Can one of you mamas please help me out. I'd really appreciate it very much!

Or maybe you could wait more than 16 minutes. eBay templates are a rather obscure request, it's not surprising that people aren't rapidly replying.

I don't think it's really that hard... if I remember right, everything broken down for you to understand on the customization page..
