I'm making lasagna rolls.   and for dessert chocolate mint cheesecake.  

We made a pork roast in the crock pot yesterday, so tonight DH is pulling it all apart and making super yummy quesadilla's! It's not really romantic, and LO will be home with us all night, but it sure beats going out to a super busy restaurant!

Dh requested chicken Alfredo. It's super easy to make, so that's what we'll be having.

I'm seriously considering calling olive garden to go
