One month into my lifestyle change PICS!!

I started eating better and working out a month today. Here are my before and now pictures, not after, this is ongoing 
It's a start, after having my twins, I thought getting a decent body back would be impossible. I was almost 200lbs at delivery. A lot of hard work goes a long way!

I tried everything but the one thing that workes was exercise and eating healthy.
If you look at my thread, you can see what I have done everyday!

Oh, mine are already 13 months old tomorrow! lol I've lost pretty much all my baby weight I just have the left over pooch from how big I got. I have been starting to work out more lately and been eating a lot healthier.

The pooch is rough, I don't think I will ever get rid of all mine but that is ok, they were worth it!

That they are. I've heard good things about the work out programs brazilian butt lift and turbo jam, things of that sort. I'm hoping to give both or one of those a try. As of right now I just go to the parent room at the gym on base while my hubs works out with the guys from his shop. I get in some time to work out and be able to keep an eye on my girls while they play in a closed in safe area, very much win win.
