"matchy" names

so i see a lot of Mommas on here that hate the idea. would it make a difference if it was just the NN's that "match"? DD is Lillian- nn Lily. if we have another girl, she's going to be Magnolia-nn Maggie. i REALLY like the name Lorelei- nn either Lori or Rory/Rori. would Lily, Maggie, and Lori/Rory be too much?

The names don't match specifically but the nicknames do. If I wanted matching nicknames i'd pick names like the ones you did. Unfortunately I have no idea what nickname would rhyme with Zeke lol my sons name is Ezekiel. Other boy names I like are Gabriel & Michael. I'm not a christian either(my mom thinks its funny that I like biblical names). The only girl names I can think of that are similar are Sabriel & Lirael

see Lillian was because DH liked Lily. Magnolia follows the flower trend and i've always wanted a Maggie. but i love Lorelei so the NN is accidental match on that one.
