what should i do?

Earlier today a friend ran into me and hit me in the top of my stomach. I went to the hospital and told i was totally fine. Now im having extremely mild cramps in my back and stomach, i don't wanna tell anyone because i feel bad for the false alarm earlier but the cramping won't seem to stop. What do you recommend?

how far along are you? any bleeding? how hard was the "hit" and describe the cramps. Like... period cramps? pain? have you had much to drink today? what did they do at the hospital?

how far along are you? is your stomach tightening with the cramps? have you tried moving around or taking a warm bath?

have you tried to lay down? put your feet up and drink some cool water or even cold. if laying down for an hour doesn't help then I would call L&D.

Why did your friend hit you? I'd be going back to the hospital.

have you ahd much to drink? drink a few tall glasses of water, and see if that helps. Are you still feeling normal baby movement? lay on your left side, with your handon your stomach and do kick counts. if cramping doesn't stop.. being only 34 weeks you should go in to be seen. Often drinking water will rehydrate you adn stop them.
