You are supposed to see them to get your blood workup and all that fun stuff by 8 weeks.

I've had a few appointments so far. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and Monday i was 10w7d and heard the heartbeat for the first time. You're right around my due date, I'm 11+1. Good luck!

that is news to me. Everyone down here does that. The earlier you are the easier it is to determine your DD (according to them) They like to do ultrasound and blood to make sure they are both right.

Well not all places are like that some places won't even do an ultrasound unless you don't know your LMP. Some places wait until you are 12wks it depends.

That is crazy. Here they do an ultrasound if you are not sure when your LMP was or if it was even a period. Like mine we were not sure because my LMP was really light and more like spotting so that is how we dated my pregnancy correctly.

As I say it depends I was seen around this time in 2011 and I wasn't given an ultrasound but I knew my LMP. Didn't get one until nearly 20wks it all depends not all places operate the same and Military "doctors" are one of those.

Yes they suck but not all of them are too bad. You just get to be the guinea pig of those on training I nearly slapped a soldier lady in training that was trying to take my blood she poked me 6 freaking times and kept sticking the needle in and pulling up while it was in.

I have that problem with people who have never worked with people who have rolling veins. It hurts but I laugh seeing them try and get it and getting all frustrated with it. I like when they have people there that can get me in the first stick though.

Lol Well I was a very pissed off pregnant lady she made me mad my face turn red. The actual nurse told her to step back and she'd do it

Lol. That sounds like oh so much fun. I had a nurse that had that issue when I went to get my Csection. She was trying to get the IV hooked up and thought she had it and set it up and it went all up under my skin. I had a massive bruise there.
