breast milk storage bags??

which breast milk storage bags did you like the most and why? I don't like the storage bottles at all so thats a no go. I just need opinions on which to pick out.
Also, I feel great pumping lately. I haven't really ever pumped and saved my milk and have just recently started to just incase I have to go on a medicine or something happens to me. I currently have a mini stash of 58 oz and I feel so proud of myself for that mini stash. I could have alot more but I dont pump every day

I just bought whatever was cheaper.

I HATE pumping... HATE IT. I rented a pump from the hospital for the first month and I barely used it. But I'm going back to work soon so I gotta get my stash up. I just hand expressed 2.5 oz and it feels so good. I know its not much, but its a start I guess. Something about watching the cup fill up with milk that I made is so freaking amazing though. Its like I'm in awe with the power of my body and my milk making abilities.

Anyways--I have the Lansil (sp?) bags- they are purple & white-- because I got a bunch of samples of them from my midwife & a friend gave me some. I've only used a couple so far, but they seem ok to me.

Okay.... This is going to sound strange, but my husband is a Polymer Scientist and he told me that freezer bags are perfectly safe for human milk storage. Thats what we ended up using, and it was a Hell of a lot cheaper!!! You can use them on the freezer our in the refrigerator for normal storage. The milk fats will try to stock to the bag, but you just need to shake it lightly before pouring. Just be careful as although the freezer bags are better made the seams can burst with too much pressure. I know people will say they aren't sterile, but really? You'd store good you'd eat in them, so?
