Yeast infection? Maybe?

This is TMI, so I apologize in advance.

My labia has been itching A LOT and the walls vagina has been burning lately. I have a good bit of discharge and I do have white, soft, tiny chunks too.
There's not really much of a smell, but it's driving me nuts.  

I had this a month or two ago and it went away by itself, but it's come back. The itching isn't as bad this time around, though.

Does this sound like a yeast infection or something else?
