Teething?

LO is only 11 weeks old but she's been drooling a lot and this morning she ran a low grade fever of 99.2 and I gave her Tylenol at 9 and the fever hasn't returned, it's been 11 hours since the Tylenol.

But what has worried me is she has puked directly after 4 different feedings today   not spit up, it was a lot.
There have been a few feedings where she kept everything down. She had a huge BM an hour or two ago and let out a lot of gas. Could that be why she puked? Or does it sound like teething? It scares me when she throws up

Sounds like the stomach bug.

Yeah she just ate and threw up again right after   is a stomach bug something she needs to be seen by a doctor for? Or is it something that just has to run its course?
