Mhm.. I grew up on the poorer side of town where the majority of the homeless people hung out, and there was something wrong with 90% of them. I remember one man with Downs and he was constantly being arrested for peeing on the street. They'd release him, and he'd just be back doing the same thing again. Nobody cared. Those people were always getting hit by cars.
