I've been squatting at the end of the bed though which actually helps a bit. I stretch a bit in the mornings too to get everything loosened up, haha.

i am with you on the pain in the crotch. i sometimes feel like she is going to fall out because of the pressure on it. i am also dreading these last two weeks till my doc does my c-section so much pressure it is not even funny. it takes me forever to walk from one place to the other and i am waddling so much i get laughed at by my SO. and breasts are so sore and feel like i have a fire under my nipples and no releif for that either

Pretty sure target has them. I just got mine at walmart
