I wouldn't worry so much. If you can prove that your not doing anything wrong, then they really don't have a leg to stand on. I think they are just trying to scare you into letting them be involved. I would cut off all contact from them and just keep doing the right thing. you just need to worry about your daughter and ignore them.

They can tell the police your full name but honestly if they don't have any type of proof the police probably won't show up. Worst case scenario is a CPS worker will come around to look at you and the baby. When she finds nothing wrong and no proof, she'll leave and never come back. Don't stress - I know it's dramatic and screwed up but they can't do smurf to you if you're not doing anything wrong.

And in all honesty, if you were to lose your child (which you won't), there is no way in hell that CPS would give her to his family. Especially if they are still in contact with him. That's just not going to happen.
