Mine is... special haha. I could not figure out why my belly button was popping out so soon! I go to the dr and she was like, you're aware you have a hernia right? Uh.. well now I am.
I can't lift anythingggg heavy, I can feel it hurting. It hasn't gotten considerably bigger as my stomach has. And they said they won't fix it until I'm done having kids. But that if I plan on having kids spaced out, like now, 3 years or more, they are willing to fix it possibly while I'm already in the hospital after having LO.

Oh no!! It's nice to know someone is in the same boat but I'm sorry to hear it's bothering you!!   It's nice that they'll offer to fix it for you. Did your dr seem to think it would cause an issue? I'm seeing a midwife so I plan to ask her at my next appointment, but I'm worried about it causing problems. lol I don't know why. Perhaps as things grow it will just stay put? Who knows. But my belly button definitely looks really gross. haha

Eeeeek!!! That's not good!!! Can the dr explain the pain from it? That's terrible!! Makes me question wether or not I should have surgery. I've been told it's considered cosmetic and insurance companies won't cover the surgery unless it's for medical reasons. Was that the case with yours?

it only does if DD pushes on it really hard, which she loves to do, she doesn't get that there's a baby in there lol. Or when I lift something heavy, but it's not super painful, I don't notice it otherwise.
I NEVER saw it until pregnancy, so I have no idea when I got it.
Either way I will get it fixed. Even if it still causes pain, like my FIL's does, it's better than it ripping open more or killing me.
