[snip!] ... give anything to be able to pump ounces and have milk running out of my breasts.. Better than not having enough in my opinion."Painful letdown, clogged ducts, constant leaking, spraying milk everywhere when baby pulls off after letdown. Having this issue...DD has been super fussy and it's frustrating as hell. The foremilk/hindmilk imbalance is causing her to be gassy, spitty, and have green poops. She constantly pulls off and screams while nursing and usually won't nurse for more than 5 minutes at a time (so she winds up eating like every 15 mins-half hour). I've ended up crying several times from frustration and am now nursing on a block schedule to produce LESS milk.

Quoting A Beautiful Disaster:" Exactly! This is where Im coming from too. My son was on chemo at 4 months old. I was told I wouldnt ... [snip!] ... tell me what to feed my kids....especially if the argument is about breast milk. (Premies are a totally different case.....)"
