  Then live it up like you are. Nothing spoils an expectant mommy's mood like negativity. Stay positive and focused on taking care of yourself and the little jelly bean   A week is such a long time in pregnancy world but take heart in the positive results you already have.

Yep! The ones the doctors use are usually the same ones you buy at thee dollar store, actually and have a 5-10 minute read window, but a lot of nurses will just assume it's negative after only a minute or two. You also could have just had more diluted urine at the doctor's as well. Good luck!

Thank you! I feel like buying all the tests in the world and peeing on them until next week comes around lol.

Lol buy a whole basket of those cheap ones and have your fun! Do one every morning so you can start your day with a smile on your face. Maybe you can watch them grow darker as the days progress... Lol But Im sure there is nothing for you to worry about. There first weeks are always so tense!

each pregnancy is different. HCG levels don't increase as rapid during some as they do others. I've had this happen to me before too and everything was just fine. Some pregnancy tests are more sensitive than others so they can pick up sooner. If you're early in pregnancy the line is generally faint. The doctors suggest using first morning urine because they say it's more accurate. It is possible to get a false positive but you've taken multiple tests and it's very rare to get multiple false positives. It's also possible to get false negatives. It sounds to me like you're pregnant, just early along. I'm sure things will be just fine and I wish you the best of luck!

I took my HPT the day after my missed period, after I got off the graveyard shift, and it was DARK as can be. I had already been up for more then like 13 hours so I got my BFP with anytime urine lol.

They are faint but the lines are there. You're def preggo. Congrats!

i think you are pregnant the same thing happen to me. i took 4 home pregnancy test. and they all came positive, i went to the doctors and it came negative. i thought he was right but i kept feeling sick, so i took 4 more pregnancy test and it was positive, so i went back to the doctors and the test he did came back positive, im currently pregnant!!! :-)

I don't have a good feeling about this anymore. I took a Walgreens preg. Test this afternoon( it' says compare to e.p.t on the box) and I can barely see the positive. The lines are not getting darker at all. I looked it up online and it all points to miscarriage. I'm so sad because we had already told some family. I just can't stop testing now and it sucks that I'm not seeing darker lines  

I started spotting red and these Walgreens test are looking negative. I got all excited for nothing.😓

I HDTV the exact same thing! For some reason some tests don't work for me like others And my urine test came back neg a week past my period being late... I told her I had 3 positives each day for three days... So they took some blood and I was pregnant! I dunno y this happens but it's normal for some of us ;) with my first pregnancy (I misscarried at 16 weeks   ...) I took tests from when I missed my period until 3 months All Negative! Finally I went in and get the dr to take a test and I was pregnant..... I really don't get y this happens :S

I actually think I'm having a miscarriage right now. I started bleeding. Very mild cramps not really bothersome. And I took a pregnancy test in the afternoon and it was negative. I didn't know hCG left the body in a day. I had taken one in the morning and it was positive.. Oh well. We'll keep trying and hopefully we will have better luck next time...
